At first I wasn´t sure about this on line vender from the reviews I read. But I went ahead anyway because the vender did have good responses to the negative reviews. And the price was right compared to the brick and mortar stores. Glad I did as the iron was delivered sooner than expected. I had a very, very positive experience.

My experience was most excellent. The company did not have what I ordered, called me within hours of my purchase and advised me of an alternative. The order was sent straight away and I received exactly what I needed. This was the first time I have ordered from this company [which is always a bit scary], and I will definitely do so again. Their customer service is outstanding.

Everything was great except I felt you could have been more clear on what was shipping from where. I got a notice that my order was being drop_shipped from the manufacturere but I had non HP product that was coming from somewhere else. That non HP product was not addressed in any commmunication but it arrived seperatly two days after the HP product. Other than that. It was great.
